Create Shutdown / Restart / Sleep Shortcuts in Windows 7 or Vista

I think the work around for this is to disable hibernation in the registry. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power In the right pane of the Power key, double click/tap on HibernateEnabled, Type in 0 (zero), and click/tap on OK. bit of a hack...I think this works. Can't see another way around it....
